I always ask myself if I were not a real estate consultant, who would I choose to sell or buy my houses, what kind of qualities should my real estate consultant have for me to choose him/her for their services.

It comes down to three qualities.

Quality number one, HONESTY. Selling/Buying a house is probably one of the biggest decisions in one's life. I need somebody that's going to be honest with me, it doesn't matter if it is good news or bad news, I would like to see the whole picture. No surprises during the transaction.

Quality number two, INTEGRITY. Selling/Buying a house is different from selling/buying anything else, it gets more personal. During the process, I would be sharing my financial and personal information with my agent, and I would like someone who has integrity to keep everything safe.

Quality number three, REACHABLE. I would be having so many questions during the process or even before everything starts, so I need someone there to answer all of my questions when I have one.

I treat every client how I want to be treated.
