Don't Wait to Buy Real Estate, Buy Real Estate and Wait!

Recently I was reading this book called Secrets of the Millionaire Mind by T.Harv Eker, and here is his opinion about buying real estate. 

As a real estate professional, I do have clients telling me the market is high and they would wait until the market comes down a little. However, no one can guarantee when the market goes down, they would still have the same financial situation as of today. For example, their credit score could change, the interest rate could go up (which will be most likely), there might be an emergency in the family that needs cash, etc.. So buy when you are ready, as long as you are not overextending yourself, buying at a higher price with lower interest rate will still benefit you in the long run. 

Don't wait to buy real estate, buy real estate and wait!
